About the role
This Account Director role is very special indeed. As part of our media and entertainment team, this position will see you working on some of the most exciting accounts the industry has to offer, including one of the world's biggest entertainment brands. You will be a key member of the team, maintaining relationships across a series of senior stakeholders, ensuring that TH_NK deliver an exceptional experience to clients.
You will be a real self-starter with lots of energy, possess strong communication skills and already have a strong track record of delivering customer service excellence, inspiring digital experiences and exceptional commercial outcomes. This is a great role for an ambitious individual!
As a member of the client services team, your experience of working in a digital agency will see you developing strong relationships, extending accounts and adding value to our offering. You will be working with some brilliant digital minds and will appreciate processes and work closely with the project management team to ensure our clients receive the best possible results.
Main duties
- Providing exemplar client service in everything you do
- Managing client accounts
- Striving to exceed target profitability & revenue throughout your portfolio
- Consistently demonstrating ways of driving greater value from your accounts
- Identifying opportunities and taking ownership of shaping proposals in order to grow accounts.
- Handling and maintaining complex financial processes and delivering precise reports to the board on a regular basis
- Creating Client Services principles of account process, rhythm and protocols and rolling these out to the team
- Building fruitful relationships with multiple senior stakeholders
- Putting strategies in place for managing client accounts
- Being highly responsive and pre-empting client queries
- Ensuring all clients have a clear digital strategy and providing coaching and guidance to the TH_NK team on how to implement this
- Guiding the team in understanding the business needs the strategic direction of client's business
- Ensuring strategic direction of the account teams is in line with company objectives
- Managing contractual risk and taking appropriate steps to mitigate
- Completing regular internal / external reviews of client accounts
- Scoring consistently highly on Client Satisfaction reviews
Skills and experience
You will need:
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent
- Solid experience of working within Client Services at a digital agency, ideally within the entertainment field
- Ability to organise own work effectively
- Self-starter with proactive approach to work
- Can work with clients at all levels of seniority
- Confident, professional nature
- Evidence of strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding networking skills
- Team player, affable, logical, efficient and high achiever
