About the role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join us in Newcastle. As well as being passionate about all things digital, the right person will be responsible for establishing and strengthening client relationships and will proactively manage day-to-day activity and opportunities for strategic development of their accounts.
Main duties
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the digital sector and will be able to draw upon their passion for web, intranets, mobile, online marketing and more.
Working closely with project managers, web developers and creatives, you will strategically manage the delivery of client projects, ensure profitability targets are met, manage client expectations and ensure continual innovation within the account.
Skills and experience
You will need:
- a passion for all things digital
- a degree in a relevant subject
- 3 years or more relevant digital agency experience
- experience of managing blue-chip accounts
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- the ability to drive and increase revenues
- a confident, customer-centric and professional attitude to work
- excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
