About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Architect to join the team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have the proven experience of working on a range of different platforms and will have considerable knowledge of the latest technologies, in particular, Microsoft technologies. A sound commercial appreciation of delivering digital solutions as a service provider is essential.
Main duties
The chosen candidate will be responsible for architecting technical solutions to meet complex client needs and will provide thought-leadership to both internal and external technical teams. The role also includes mentoring and guiding TH_NK’s technical teams about the methodologies and best approach to delivering world-class software solutions.
Additionally, you will be expected to initiate and manage programmes of change to continually develop and enhance our working practices and standards, as well as supporting the Client Services team with tenders and sales opportunities.
Skills and experience
You will need:
- a degree in a relevant subject
- at least 3 years’ experience of architecting design solutions for a range of blue-chip clients
- strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- a confident and professional attitude to work
- excellent planning and organisational skills
