About the role
Working as part of the Testing team in Newcastle, the right person will be responsible for completing Systems Integration Testing (SIT) on complex integrated web applications for a number of blue-chip clients.
Main duties
You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Test Analyst in the implementation of the test strategy, documentation and project test plans. You will also be responsible for test specification based on use cases, functional and technical documentation and test execution. You will need a minimum of two years’ experience in software testing and knowledge of testing and development methodologies. An understanding of web technologies and protocols is preferred but not essential.

You will need:
- To be educated to degree standard or equivalent with a strong academic record
- The proven experience of testing web delivered applications
- Knowledge of testing and development methodologies
- A strong team ethic
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
