TH_NK will be representing the North East at a week-long 'Innovation Lab', arranged by the BBC to find the brightest and best technology and new media ideas, with the chance to win a prestigious contract with the BBC at the end of the exercise.

We were selected to participate after submitting ideas on a number of briefs set by the BBC, along with only two other firms from the region.

During the residential lab, which takes place in Masham, North Yorkshire, on March 5 -9, the TH_NK team will work with BBC commissioners and other mentors to develop their initial idea and prepare a final pitch. On the last day of the lab the ideas will be pitched to the BBC’s commissioners, who will be offering further development commissions for the best pitches.

Three other Labs are taking place across the country over the next few weeks – in Scotland, London, and Southern England. Watch this space to see how TH_NK progress and what developments stem from participating in this exciting initiative.
