We've achieved the world's most recognised standard for quality

Here at TH_NK we’re constantly improving the way we work to provide our clients with the best possible service. So much so, that we have now been awarded the world’s most established quality framework, ISO 9001 as recognition of our commitment to quality.

Providing our clients with the best possible service is really important to us and achieving ISO 9001 is a true reflection of our commitment to quality.

Supported by the government and recognised as the world’s most established quality framework, the ISO 9001 certification has only been achieved by about 5% of UK businesses – and we’re absolutely delighted to be part of that percentage.

This achievement proves that we are providing improved customer satisfaction through our business processes, and it also gives us the global benchmark to continually enhance our services and management systems in the future. 

We have always been proud of the service we provide to our clients and our collaborative way of working. Now with the ISO 9001 certification, this has been confirmed by external experts who are used to judging quality standards on a daily basis within a cross-section of industries.
