Every playground needs lots of bright, young things. Which is why we recently held our first official graduate days to find some super-duper talent to nurture.

Representatives from TH_NK attended recruitment fairs at both The Baltic and Hilton Hotel (in collaboration with Codeworks and the Entrepreneurs Forum), and also scoured Newcastle, Sunderland, Northumbria and Teeside Universities for emerging stars. We then invited 24 hungry-to-learn individuals to join us for two assessment days during which time we completed group exercises and project briefs. Feedback was extremely positive and the promising hopefuls found it very challenging, if not tiring!

It was a tough decision but after much deliberation, we’re delighted to offer Katerina Brunclikova, Rachael Wilman and David Pells roles at TH_NK. Rachel joins the account management team as an Account Executive, Katerina is destined to be a Multimedia Designer in the experience team and David will grow up to be an Application Developer in X team (tbc). They may just be little now but they’re going to be big in a few years time! Watch this space.

We are really pleased with the high calibre of applications and the standard of graduates out of the North East. We’re really excited about the three new starters beginning in June and the impact they will have on our existing team.
