Our expansion continues as we take on three new starters to help fulfil growing demand for our innovative digital marketing services - application developers, Kevin Reece and Dave Hooper, and web developer, Andrew Brown.

A recent graduate and keen cricket and football fan, 22 year old Kevin Reece - now based in Durham - has just completed a Software Engineering degree at Teesside University.

Eager to put his skills into practice he is looking forward to joining a company that moves fast in utilising the latest emerging technologies where, as an Application Developer, he will be taking on the challenge of ensuring clients' websites function at the optimum level and that the business processes behind attractive design features live up to the brand's delivery promise.

Also an Application Developer, Cambridge graduate Dave Hooper, 29, joins us from North East based Non Linear Dynamics, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in computing and web development. Originally from the Midlands, Dave is settled in the North East, living in Gosforth with his wife and six month old daughter, and enjoying the dynamic environment that TH_NK offers.

Finally, Web Developer Andrew Brown, 26, of Fenham also boasts a strong track record in online development having managed the Web-based services at Tyne & Wear Discovery Museum for 5 years. Inspired by our progressive, forward-thinking ethos, he will be developing website styling across a diverse range of client accounts.

Demand for our innovative digital services are growing so rapidly that we are currently taking on a number of bright new starters every month. It's always great to build on and bring new expertise to our ambitious team and we're looking forward to seeing more of the finest new talent - both from the North East and beyond - join us in the coming weeks.
