TH_NK continues to expand at pace as we take on two new recruits - Lee Allen and Sion Evans - joining this week to help keep up with increasing demand for our innovative digital marketing services.

Lee Allen, of Fenham, joins TH_NK as a User Experience Analyst, where he has responsibilities for the navigability of TH_NK‘s clients‘ websites, in particular interaction design for those using the sites.

Prior to joining TH_NK, Lee was working in London with Framfab, the leading full-service Web agency in the UK. Lee has also worked across a number of major digital projects with financial services giant Zurich and is thrilled to return to his native North East. As a Newcastle United season ticket holder for the past 15 years, travelling to St James‘ Park will be a lot easier from now on!

Heaton-based Sion joins the team from The Amazing Group and in his new role as Web Developer will be specialising in all aspects of website creation, with a focus on end users – ensuring that they are accessible and easy to navigate.

After completing a Computer Science degree at Northumbria University, an online ad for the role caught Sion‘s attention as he searched for opportunities at a new media company with a reputation for being at the forefront of web standards and new technologies. Our recent appointment as one of only 12 UK members of the World Wide Web Consortium, W3C, is testimony to this and since taking up his new role, Sion is enjoying working on a number of projects including Pagebet.

As part of a major recruitment drive following a number of new business wins, these latest additions take our team to over 40, with further new appointments due to be announced in the coming weeks.

With plans taking shape for our impending move to new office space at Newcastle‘s 55 Degrees North, it‘s really exciting watching the team continue to grow. I'm really happy to welcome Lee and Sion on board and look forward to welcoming many more talented professionals in the months to come.
