Refreshing Anglian Water’s online presence

The new Anglian Water website has just been released, creating a refreshed online presence for their business and an engaging visual style which will be rolled out across their entire family of websites over the next few weeks.

After demonstrating our creative and strategic thinking in a competitive tender process, TH_NK was awarded the Anglian Water contract to re-design the company’s entire group of websites, including anglianwater.co.uk, awg.com, hartlepoolwater.co.uk and a new visual style for work-together.co.uk

The new site - anglianwater.co.uk – has a refreshed look and feel, as well as a clear content structure which makes it easier for household and business customers to find the information they need. As well as video content, interesting news and essential information about water and waste-water services, the site also has an interactive ‘In your area’ section where visitors can type in their postcode to find out if there is any planned work, events or incidents that directly affect their home or place of work.    

We were really impressed with the creative concepts and the team’s approach to user-centred design. We were looking for a strategic digital partner who thoroughly understood our business, our customers, and our long-term goals – and that’s exactly what we found with TH_NK.

As well as the design and build of the websites, we are also providing hosting from our state-of-the-art data centre and around-the-clock support and maintenance to support Anglian Water’s digital platform.
