Anthropologie is opening their very first European store in London and we’re delighted to be helping them drum up excitement about the arrival of this bohemian and beautiful brand in the UK.
Anthropologie - the sister company of Urban Outfitters - has achieved huge success in America since they first opened in Wayne, Pennsylvania back in 1992. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength and is expanding its global reach by opening its very first European store on Regent Street this autumn. This will be closely followed by the arrival of their second store on King’s Road next spring.
Anthropologie sells an eclectic mix of unique womens’ clothing, beautifully-crafted accessories and must-have items for the home.
To help drum up excitement about this fabulous new store, we have just launched a micro-site for Anthropologie UK which not only allows fashion-hungry individuals to get a flavour of what to expect, but it also reflects the aspirational and individual nature of the brand.
But that’s not the end of the story. Based on the success of the micro-site, we have also been appointed to create their e-commerce site which will allow people from all over the UK to browse the latest trends and enjoy shopping at Anthropologie. This will involve everything from the visual design to the content structure and overall user experience.
We chose TH_NK to help us launch a micro-site to promote the opening of our first European store in London. They have been a fantastic partner, effectively interpreting our design and brand, and turning the site around very quickly. We’re extremely pleased with the results.

It’s fantastic working with such an exciting brand at a significant stage of their expansion. The launch of the micro-site is just the beginning of our journey together. We are now working closely with Anthropologie to create an e-commerce site that continues to reflect the style and ethos of the brand.
