The good news just keeps on coming. As we continue to win exciting new business from some of the world’s leading brands, we are continuing to welcome the industry’s most talented and inspirational people to the team.

This month we are delighted to welcome Lea Simpson as Head of Strategy and Innovation, Sheel Patel as a Researcher within the same team, Susie Kablean who joins us as a Senior Project Manager, and Web Developers, Iain Davison and Ben Cooper. 

Highly successful strategist, Lea Simpson, has joined TH_NK to head-up our ever-growing Strategy and Innovation team. Only a week into her new role and Lea is already inspiring, motivating and guiding the team to deliver exceptional results.

Before joining TH_NK, Lea ran the digital strategy for Cadbury Dairy Milk’s move to Fairtrade and worked on a global culture change initiative for Nike. Prior to this, she also led the strategy for clients such as Erricsson, Royal Mail and IBM, and was the Editor of the Itchy Guide to Glasgow where she enjoyed eating and drinking in some of the City’s best bars and restaurants – all for research purposes, of course.

With oodles of experience and knowledge in every aspect of digital strategy, Lea is a fantastic new addition to the team whose drive and creative flair is perfect for TH_NK as we continue to take the digital world by storm.

Talented researcher, Sheel Patel also joins our Strategy and Innovation team at this exciting time of our expansion. Sheel has over 11 years’ experience within this field and brings with her solid research and analytical skills which will help us to deliver highly insightful and tangible research and intelligence across the business. When she’s not working, Sheel can be found running marathons (as you do!), teaching and practising yoga and meditation, and jetting off to interesting places all over the globe. 

Susie Kablean joins TH_NK as a Senior Project Manager and is already proving to be a fabulous asset to the team. Susie has a wealth of experience managing multi-million pound projects and large cross-functional teams using both agile and traditional methodologies. Her dynamic, hands-on management style coupled with her experience, business acumen and excellent planning skills makes her the ideal addition to the team. In her spare time, Susie likes nothing better than curling up with a good book, watching the latest films at the flicks and working out at the gym.

And last, but by no means least are Iain Davidson and Ben Cooper who join us as Web Developers to help us fulfil growing business demand and deliver the most innovative and hard-working digital platforms, applications and services. Iain joins us from Collective Technology and has over nine years’ experience in the digital industry where he has developed a wide range of skills which will be utilised to add value across the business. Ben is an ambitious web developer who is beginning his career at TH_NK – and with his qualifications, skills and passion, his future certainly looks bright. 

Well, what can I say. The talent just keeps rolling in! We are thrilled to welcome Lea as Head of Strategy and Innovation, and of course, Sheel who joins this rapidly expanding team too. Susie, Iain and Ben are also brilliant new additions to TH_NK. It’s such an exciting time in both offices and we have plenty more vacancies to fill, so watch this space.
