We have been working closely with international recruitment experts, Hays, to improve their digital presence and enhance consumer engagement through their newly-released websites.
The refreshed websites, www.hays.com and www.hays.co.uk incorporate a new visual design to reflect their updated brand identity, and a clear content structure which makes it easier for candidates to search for, and apply for jobs, as well as helping recruitment consultants to manage their clients’ careers.
Hays operates in 27 countries all over the world and employs in excess of 9,000 people. They appointed TH_NK to help them to develop a long-term digital strategy, whilst also recommending some immediate improvements to enhance their Web presence with search-engine optimisation, paid search and on-site improvements. We have also been working closely with Hays to develop a range of creative banner campaigns to target specific audiences and drive more traffic to their websites.
We were looking to improve the way Hays operated in the digital arena and TH_NK has certainly helped us to achieve that. We have so many more great ideas and are looking forward to developing these with the team throughout 2010.
