Home Group appoints TH_NK as their digital partner
TH_NK has been appointed by Home Group - one of the UK’s leading providers of affordable and supported housing - to redesign their Web channel and breathe new life into their digital strategy.
As part of their plans to transform and enhance their business, Home has awarded TH_NK the exciting and challenging contract of improving the way they operate in the digital arena. This will include everything from an in-depth research and strategy phase, to a completely refreshed information architecture and visual design.
The project will begin with a research exercise to explore how social media and social networks can be used to improve communities, support Home's customer engagement and add real value to their business.
Having gone through a rigorous selection programme, I am thrilled to have appointed and to be actively working with TH_NK on our new digital media strategy. TH_NK complements our new vision with the expertise and customer awareness that will deliver added value to our customers. This is a significant investment for Home and the start of an exciting journey to re-energise our customer engagement.
