We have been working closely with LG Electronics over the last few weeks to review their newly-released UK web offering and make recommendations to improve it further still.
As one of the world’s leading electronics companies, LG provides its customers with innovative digital products and services that make lives easier through increased functionality and fun.
Based on our expertise in the digital world, we were appointed to carry out a full audit on LG’s UK website where we looked at everything from technical functionality to the user experience in general. We also looked at ways we could increase traffic, enhance their online presence through search marketing and maximise on-site conversion rates.
A report from each area of specialism was then created and presented to LG with our recommendations and ideas to add value to their online proposition.
It’s been a fantastic opportunity working with LG and demonstrating our thought-leadership across a wide spectrum of digital disciplines. We hope this opens the door for even more exciting projects and opportunities in the months to come.
