A warm welcome to Technical Architect, Steve Welsh; Web Developer, Mark Hankins; and Application Developer, Martin Elliot who have joined TH_NK to help us fulfil growing business demand.

Technical Architect, Steve Welsh joins us from Communicator Corporation where he was Head of Development and responsible for managing the strategic direction and development of a totally new version of the company's flagship product, Communicator®. Steve has extensive experience in the IT industry which he has gained over the past 29 years. At TH_NK, Steve will be drawing upon his experience and expertise to implement the most effective end-to-end processes from a technical and commercial perspective as well as providing thought-leadership to internal and external development teams.

Mark Hankins joins us a Web Developer from Edot3 where he was in direct control of all technical aspects of the company including the development of a wide range of open-source technologies. Mark has a wealth of experience developing content management systems, CRM hubs, e-commerce systems, email newsletter platforms and billing systems. When he’s not working, Mark loves surfing, cycling, camping, diving, kayaking and generally just enjoying the great outdoors.

Also new to the team is Martin Elliott who joins us as an Application Developer from Sage where he was a key member of the development team and an integral part of the Innovation Project Board. Prior to his time at Sage, Martin was a Lead Programmer at Mere Mortals Ltd where he managed multiple teams of up to 20 developers and was responsible for the full project lifecycle. As well as his passion for computing and technology, Martin enjoys travelling, sport and getting his teeth into a good DIY project.

Steve, Mark and Martin have joined TH_NK at such an exciting phase of our expansion. I’m delighted to welcome them to the team and would like to wish them all the success for their future with the company.
