We’re delighted to announce the appointment of our new Project Director, Nick Betts who joins us this September alongside User-Experience Designer, Matt Theakston and Test Analyst, Stephen Thompson.
Nick joins TH_NK to head-up our project management team, bringing with him a wealth of technical and business expertise in the digital industry and public sector.
In his new role, Nick will be responsible for the strategic end-to-end delivery of all projects. He will also ensure that resource is effectively managed as projects move through the business and will oversee the implementation of different methodologies, simultaneously managing delivery using waterfall and agile processes.
Prior to joining TH_NK, Nick gained ‘Big 4’ consulting experience at Accenture and PriceWaterHouseCoopers, where he was responsible for the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes within central government and the private sector.

Matt Theakston joins TH_NK as a User-Experience Designer after relocating to London from Chicago, bringing with him bags of skills and experience in everything from ethnography and contextual inquiries, to persona development and wireframing.
Also joining us this September is Test Analyst, Stephen Thompson. With over seven years’ experience working at Northern Rock and Citifinancial, Stephen has the proven experience of delivering quality systems on time, working to tight deadlines within fast-paced digital environments.
It gives me great pleasure to welcome Nick, Matt and Stephen to the team. Nick’s experience of managing high-profile projects is invaluable to his role as Project Director here at TH_NK. Matt and Stephen also bring a wealth of experience with them which is enhancing our business offering further still.
