We have just launched of a suite of refreshed Bupa websites which are not only providing an enhanced online experience for customers, but are also strengthening the organisation’s position as world-leaders in field of health and care.
As part of a range of exciting projects to help Bupa achieve their business objectives and strengthen their leadership credentials in the digital arena, we were appointed to re-design a suite of websites, including www.bupa.com; www.bupa.co.uk; and www.bupa-intl.com
This included an in-depth research and strategy phase, a complete overhaul of the information architecture for all three sites, and a refreshed visual design to enhance overall consumer engagement and brand perception.
At Bupa, our ambition is to capitalise on the growth we've seen over the last decade and build a global brand which is recognised as a leader in health and care. We recognised that we needed a strong Web presence to achieve this, so we appointed TH_NK to help us to bring the possibilities to life – and they have not disappointed. This is a step forward in our aspirations of achieving a world-class online proposition and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Mette Nohr, Head of eBusiness at Bupa International commented: “Our newly designed website has been driven by two guiding principles – creating a more interactive site to increase dialogue with customers, and developing our health information content to provide expatriates with a trusted health e-resource, wherever they are in the world. Levering social media has played a key role in our strategy and will continue to do so – we are already looking at mobile applications to further engage and connect with our customers."
Working with Bupa on such a high-profile project has been a fantastic opportunity for us. The new design and content structure of all three sites takes a user-centric evaluation of Bupa’s online business and maximises conversion across their e-commerce platform. We are now already starting phase two of the project which will see us add greater depth and breadth to their online proposition over the coming months.
