We are really proud of our culture at TH_NK, so we’re thrilled that we have won a Culture for Success award for the way we foster success across the business and invest in our people.
Lynne Davidson and Steve Johnston collected our award at the Culture for Success ceremony on Monday night where we were highly commended for our culture, client work and the way we care about our people.
We were delighted to receive an award, especially after recently winning the CIPD Excellence in HR&D Award. These awards recognise all of the great things we do as a company, from the way we invest in employee learning and development, right through to our approach to winning new business and the support and benefits we offer our staff.
The Culture for Success Awards showcase the expertise, talent and passion in the North East of England, so it’s great to stand out in the region and be highly commended for our work for clients such as Channel 4, J.K. Rowling, Warner Bros., PlayStation and Audi.
