Of course every business sets out to look after their staff, but we’ve been recognised specifically for the huge emphasis we’ve placed on talent management in the last 12 months. We’re extremely grateful to our HR team who have completely overhauled the way we help our team realise their full potential.
It’s really great to win the award for SME Excellence in HR&D! This award is to recognise the investment put into improving our talent management processes and employee engagement. With over 100 of the world’s most talented digital experts working together we want to take the time to develop, support and recognise them for what they achieve for clients and in their own career at TH_NK. We of course can use this to attract more talent to TH_NK. Our new career review process, review of benefits and reward and motivation all helps to make this an incredible, supporting agency to work for.
We have over 100 staff working across our Newcastle and London offices at the moment and plan to take on another 27 people over the next year.
