Support
We offer platform support to all of our hosting customers and full software support for websites or Web applications.
You can relax in the knowledge that our team can react to any issues as and when they arise. Everything from late night software issues to early morning stock exchange announcements.
Support services include:
- Office-hours support (9am to 5pm Mon – Fri)
- Extended-hours support
(8am to 7pm Mon – Fri, 10am to 3pm Sat and Sun)
- 24/7 support (365 days a year)
Maintenance
Combined with a support contract, our customers can pre-pay for an agreed number of maintenance days every month at a discounted rate.
